One of the perks of this Morocco gig is that we need to leave the country every three months to renew our visas. So, with our three-month deadline looming, Brianna and I hopped on a plane to Rome for a weekend of eating, finding Christmas, looking at old things, and eating. We mostly ate. I also whined a lot about the cold. Brianna channeled her inner Percy Jackson through the Roman ruins, and we were reminded over and over again that it is Christmas time in many parts of the world. The pictures tell the story: food, festivity, and old stuff.
